The minimally invasive procedure uses dissolvable threads to tighten and lift the skin.
“Yes, maybe some wires broke, creating a wavy effect,” one viewer suggested.
“This sounds very similar to other wire accidents I’ve seen. Yes,” added a second.
“I’m not against cosmetic surgery, but something about the concept of a thread lift viscerally disgusts me like no other procedure,” said another.

Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie appeared on the most recent Call Her Daddy podcast
Many fans speculated that Alex may have undergone a PDO thread lift, a minimally invasive procedure that uses dissolvable threads to tighten and lift the skin.
The two reality stars, both 43, celebrate the 20th anniversary of The Simple Life – appearing on the Call Her Daddy podcast with Alex Cooper
Some suggested that the blemishes may have been caused by professional makeup techniques, combined with strategically played lighting.
Contouring, highlighter and expertly applied foundation can enhance certain features, making them appear clearer.
“It’s a bad mix of heavy makeup, a lot of work on her face and probably just her lifestyle in general? I don’t know, but it doesn’t look good, does it,” says another.
During the episode, guests Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie revealed the real reason behind their feud nearly two decades ago, but fans aren’t so convinced they’re telling the truth.
The two reality stars, both now 43, are celebrating the 20th anniversary of The Simple Life and discussed a variety of topics, including the breakup of their friendship in 2005.
At the time, the two had filmed Season 4 of their reality show separately and the 30-year-old podcast host pulled no punches when she asked about it.
Nicole first prefaced it by saying that the real reason would be “not good enough” since “nothing actually happened.”
Paris then blamed the way they were publicized, citing that it was a way for publications to sell magazines.
She said: ‘Back then the media was just so toxic and they loved to start feuds between people.’
The mother of two further explained, “So it was mostly the media twisting things and creating drama that didn’t exist, which was normal in the 2000s. They did it to everyone.”
Nicole added that the fact that they were in their early twenties was also to blame, as they “didn’t know how to communicate with each other,” which meant that “if (they) heard something, (they) would assume (it was right) .
“We didn’t have the communication skills we have now to manage check-ins, which is so important.”
Lionel Richie’s daughter went on to say that the time apart makes her “sad when she thinks about time without (her) boyfriend.”
‘I think it really helped me communicate at this stage of my life.
“And I think, like all relationships, it’s so important to have check-ins and be honest and real and, you know, tender with the people you love most.”
