A recently filed civil lawsuit claims that a famous real estate agent, as well as his twin brother and cousin, lured a woman to a New Year’s Eve party, where they took turns raping her.
Oren Alexander, 37, a former Douglas Elliman real estate agent, and his twin brother, Alon, face charges for allegedly drugging and raping multiple women between 2010 and 2021.
His older brother, Tal, 38, also faces sex trafficking charges over allegations he helped lure women using elaborate parties as “bait,” while his cousin, Ohad Fisherman, faces a sexual assault charge.
The brothers had previously been accused of sexual assault in several civil lawsuits, and one filed in New York State Supreme Court details how they allegedly lured a woman to a condo in Miami for a barbecue, only to lock her in a room and rape her. his.
The unnamed plaintiff claims she met Alon while they were both living in New York City through the dating app Bumble in December 2016, and that the two entered into a “brief, casual relationship.”
Later that month, she traveled to Florida to visit her family for the holidays and traveled to Miami with her sisters and friends to celebrate the New Year, unaware at the time that Alon was also in the coastal city, according to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com.
Alon is alleged to have ‘used location identification and social media measures’ to discover that the woman was in Miami, at which time he is said to have invited her to a barbecue and pool party.
He even included a photo from the ‘party’, showing several people apparently having fun in a luxury pool.

The brothers, 37, now face charges for allegedly drugging and raping several women between 2010 and 2021.
But when the plaintiff arrived, she stated that she quickly realized that she was the only guest in the condominium.
She said that within minutes of her arrival, Alon led her to a bedroom, with Oren and Fisherman quickly following and closing the door.
“Alon and Oren then engaged in a demonic argument over which brother would be the first to rape Plaintiff,” the lawsuit states.
“Apparently, Oren prevailed in that conversation and put on a condom while Alon sat in a chair in the corner to watch.”
At that point, Fisherman allegedly restrained the victim while Oren raped her, “ignoring plaintiff’s tears and pleas for him to stop.”
Finally, the victim “instinctively began to pretend that she enjoyed the rape, as she had previously heard that a rapist may stop if the victim acts as if he was enjoying the rape.”
“It worked,” the lawsuit states. “Shortly after, Oren stopped and angrily exclaimed, ‘Fuck this,’ as he threw his condom on the floor and stormed out of the bathroom.”
A lawsuit filed in New York State Supreme Court claims his cousin, Ohad Fisherman (pictured), held the victim down while Oren raped her.
But apparently it was then Alon’s turn to rape the woman “as she lay there numb and dissociated.”
The lawsuit goes on to claim that Alon attempted to get the plaintiff to also perform sexual acts on Fisherman, saying he had to do it so he could leave the room.
But she began “crying uncontrollably and managed not to be assaulted further,” the lawsuit states.
Instead, Alon allegedly forced her to take a shower, briefly joining her, before leaving in an Uber “in disbelief, forever changed, and fearful of the accused demons.”
“The defendants’ conduct throughout this orchestrated assault was composed, as if it were simply a normal routine in the course of their day, with complete disregard for the life of trauma, shame (and) emotional turmoil they imposed to the plaintiff,” the suit said.
She also notes that several other women have made similar complaints about the brothers, claiming that they “do not regard women as human, but rather as objects to satisfy their deranged violent desires.”
“The defendants, who were wealthy and possibly handsome, could have had all the consensual sex they wanted, but that is not what they sought: it was the brutal and violent assault and rape of women,” the lawsuit says.
The victim now allegedly suffers physical injuries, severe psychological and emotional trauma, emotional distress, anguish, ridicule, embarrassment, and loss of enjoyment of life.
The lawsuit claims his injuries will be “permanent in nature and effect” as it seeks compensatory and punitive damages, declaratory relief, and the cost of attorneys’ fees.
The Alexander brothers, known as star real estate agents alongside Douglas Elliman, have been arrested along with their brother Tal (center) amid accusations of rape, sex trafficking and sexual assault.
The twin brothers, as well as Fisherman, now face criminal charges over the alleged incident.
Oren is also accused of messaging a woman on Instagram in 2017.
The victim has stated that he became she has dinner with Oren and a friend a few weeks later, where she claims she was taken to the same Miami Beach condo where the 2016 claim unfolded and she tried on virtual reality glasses.
At that point, the alleged victim said, Oren took off her dress and pushed her into a bedroom before assaulting her.
She claimed she tried to confront Oren about the sexual assault weeks later, but he responded by trying to kiss her and masturbate on her.
When the victim later told her friends what happened, Oren allegedly sent her a text message that said, “Nothing happened.” If you keep talking about it, I’ll ruin you.
In a 2021 incident, a woman also claimed she met Oren at a dinner with a friend before going to a Miami Beach property. At the house, she said Oren served her a drink and instantly tried to kiss her on the couch.
He took her to the bedroom, she claimed, ripped off her dress and shoes and refused to let her out. She said she then returned to the bedroom and he assaulted her, according to the warrant.
Tracy Tutor, 48, a Million Dollar List star in Los Angeles, was one of 10 women who claimed they were sexually assaulted by the brothers in a complaint earlier this year.
Since June, the brothers have also been the subject of civil lawsuits by at least two women and have been accused of sexual assault by dozens more in recent years.
A lawsuit filed in March accused Oren and Alon of rape, and a second lawsuit included similar allegations against Tal, the Wall Street Journal reports.
Among his accusers is Tracy Tutor, 48, star of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, who joined nine other women in coming forward with sexual assault allegations to the New York Times in July.
She claimed she shared a drink with Oren at a cocktail party in 2014 and passed out before a friend found her in the restaurant bathroom with Oren and took her away.
He said he has no idea what happened to him, adding: “Remaining silent for so long has been damaging on many levels, and remembering what happened now is debilitating.”
The brothers have denied the allegations in the lawsuits, which shocked the real estate world where Tal and Oren were once seen as rising stars.
They had been employees of luxury real estate firm Douglas Elliman, but branched out on their own in 2022 to start their own company, Official.
However, the brothers reportedly had to give up their company after key clients abandoned them and a wave of staff left.
The twins appeared in court Tuesday, where a judge ruled they were a flight risk.
The three brothers were arrested at separate properties in Miami on Wednesday morning, reports the New York Times.
None of the arrest warrants refer to Tal and the specific allegations that led to his indictment have not yet emerged.
The twins appeared in court Thursday, when Oren pleaded with a Florida judge to release him on bond as his pregnant model wife, Kamila Hansen, is about to go into labor.
But the judge determined that Oren and Alon’s access to private jets and yachts made them too great a flight risk.
Meanwhile, his father, renowned Miami real estate developer Shlomy Alexander, smiled and said he was “doing great” when asked how he was doing after his son’s court hearing.
His wife Orly, the children’s mother, said nothing and stared straight ahead.
