Shocking footage has emerged of former NHL player Paul Bissonnette being assaulted by a group of men last month at a restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Bissonnette, who later described the group as “a bunch of drunk golfers,” became involved in an all-out brawl with six men on Nov. 24 after he allegedly tried to stop one of them from harassing an establishment manager.

And the Scottsdale Police Department has released footage of the fight, showing a shirtless Bissonnette confronting the men in a parking lot.

In the footage, Bissonnette, who last appeared in the NHL during the 2013-14 season, can be seen being kicked and punched while on the ground, before running away from the men.

The former hockey player was quickly ambushed by the group of men as bystanders ran to leave the restaurant.

Bissonnette said in a video posted on X that one of the men was confronting the manager and putting his hands on him.

The ex-Phoenix Coyote intervened, grabbing the man by the arm and telling him they would be in trouble if he continued to harass the staff.

Another suspect, Henry Mesker, also told police he was unaware of what had happened inside the restaurant.

In the end, Daley, Mesker, John Carroll, William Carroll, Danny Bradley and Edward Jennings were charged with assault, according to Fox 10 Phoenix.

Bissonnette also claimed that a seventh man who was not arrested was involved in the altercation.
