“We can only imagine it. We can only hope that it remains as beautiful as it is,” said another.
‘I’d give him a dirty mustache, mate! I bet I always carry a marker in my pocket,’ someone else joked.
It comes after Poh heartbreakingly admitted that he feels “guilty” for the death of his beloved mother in his interview with The Australian Women’s Weekly.
The TV star lost her mother Christina to cancer in November 2022 and was working abroad when she passed away.
Poh devastatingly shared his regret about taking the overseas trip, saying it’s something he still regrets as he reflects on Christina’s long battle with cancer.
“She was sick, she encouraged me to go, but I shouldn’t have done it; it will be a wound forever,” he told the magazine.
‘She never complained once in the entire treatment, so stoic. I was convinced I was going to win the battle and buy at least a couple more months, if not years.
“I took his courage for granted, but it turned out to be the worst roll of the dice ever.”

Earlier this year, Poh broke down in tears on MasterChef while talking about her relationship with her late mother.
Wiping away tears, the Malaysian-born presenter said her mother struggled to show affection until Poh rose to fame on MasterChef in 2009.
The heartbreaking moment began when contestant Nat revealed that her mother told her she was proud of her for the first time when she landed a place on the show, and Poh then detailed her own experience.
“After being on MasterChef, it was one of the first times my mother expressed that she was proud of me,” Poh shared through tears.
Overcome with emotion, she continued, “I think that’s why when I’m in this kitchen I get so emotional, because it affected so much of my life outside of the kitchen.”
‘Cooking became something that brought us together because we had that very Asian thing of having problems expressing our love.
“It’s amazing how this kitchen connects us in so many different ways.”
Two years after Christina’s death, Poh admitted that her grief still hits her when she least expects it.
However, he soon realized that the photo could be easy prey for clever vandals. ‘Just silently waiting for cock and balls…’ he wrote alongside a photo of the poster promoting the new act at his local bus stop.
‘I think he visits me at the most unexpected moment. I find that it is when your mind is not active; like when you’re doing something quite mundane, like driving,” he told Refinería 29.
“It’s almost like when you’re busy and you’re doing things, it’s a way to keep (the pain) a secret, but when you least know it, it shows up to say hello.”
Elsewhere in her interview with Women’s Weekly, Poh also reflected on other relationships in her life, including the difficulties of going through two divorces.
Poh revealed why she decided to stay single after marrying twice and shared what would be her deciding factor in any new relationship.
‘I don’t know how I would behave with anyone else in my life. I’ve been through two marriages and I think I need to find a new model. “I think keeping separate residences is brilliant,” he said.
Poh married her first husband Matt Phipps in 1989 but they separated after nine years together.
The reality star later married Jono Bennett in 2014, but they went their separate ways in early 2021 after six years together.
She remains on good terms with both of her ex-husbands and has previously spoken openly about how she manages to maintain close friendships with both.

After their divorces, Poh ran the Jamface cafe in Adelaide with her two exes and Matt’s new wife Sarah Rich, and their ‘love square’ business deal sparked widespread interest.
Speaking on the Share My Mood podcast, Poh opened up about navigating her relationship with Matt, who is now married to her best friend of 20 years, Sarah.
She revealed that she is still friends with Matt and Sarah and described it as “amazing” and “strange” that they have all managed to maintain such a close bond.
“He’s still my choice, Matt, and we still have the biggest domestics in front of his partner, who is my best friend,” she told KIIS Network’s Will & Woody.
‘That’s the part of this whole incredible, strange story. We all remain very good friends.
Poh said she worked on her “unresolved love” to form a “healthy” relationship with Matt that allowed them both to move forward.
She shared, “I think when people still feel triggered by their partners, I think there’s something in them that’s still overpowering them and you want to get rid of it, to be an empty vessel to get on with your life.” new relationship with.’
She revealed that she and Matt broke up because she felt like she had stopped “recognizing herself” amid her “dysfunction.”
Poh candidly said that this made him realize that their relationship would not work out as a marriage, but instead they managed to remain close friends after their separation.
