A royal expert has shared Prince Harry’s Christmas plans with his wife Meghan Markle and their children, Archie and Lilibet after information It emerged that the couple were not invited to spend the holiday at Sandringham with the rest of the Royal Family.
The California-based couple have not spent Christmas at Sandringham since 2018, two years before they left royal duties and moved to the US.
According to royal expert Jennie Bond, who spoke with OK! MagazinePrince Harry and his family will celebrate Christmas at their home in California. “I think there is still a lot of childishness in Harry as he was always playful and mischievous, and I’m sure he indulges in Christmas fun with Archie and Lilibet,” Bond said.
He went on to explain that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will likely enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. “I think they will join forces to create a wonderful, sunny Christmas day with fabulous food, maybe some friends and lots of games and music.” he added.
Bond also noted that the couple could take advantage of the warm California weather with a casual, relaxed celebration. “In California, they can have a small pool party to burn off energy and have fun, all very informal and very different from the Christmas festivities at Sandringham that Harry will remember,” she said.
