ESPN’s Ashley ShahAhmadi stole the show Saturday night during the SEC championship game between Georgia and Texas.
The stunning reporter wowed fans during ESPN’s live broadcast from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, where she turned heads while presenting a halftime challenge sponsored by Dr Pepper.
A number of smitten users rushed to social media to talk about ShahAhmadi after seeing her on screen, with some even asking for her hand in marriage.
However, one fan was quick to point out a ‘devastating’ detail that has left their wedding hopes in shambles – after noticing she was wearing an engagement ring during a previous match.
“After the playback help I am devastated,” they wrote alongside a photo of Shah-Ahmadi wearing a ring.
‘Same. Hurt me inside,” one user replied.

Shah-Ahmadi has been officially off the market for more than a year after tying the knot with her husband in October 2023.
In the game itself, Trevor Etienne rushed for a game-winning four-yard score in overtime, capturing the Southeastern Conference Championship for the No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs with a 22-19 victory over No. 2 Texas.
Etienne rushed for 94 yards and two scores as Georgia won despite starting quarterback Carson Beck missing the entire second half with an injury. Beck completed 7 of 13 passes for 56 yards before replacement Gunner Stockton threw for 71 yards and an interception.
After Bert Auburn’s 32-yard field goal gave Texas a three-point lead in overtime, Stockton was knocked out of the game on an eight-yard rush on Andrew Mukuba’s helmet-jarring tackle. Beck came in again to hand off the ball based on Etienne’s winning score.
Quinn Ewers completed 27 of 46 passes for 358 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions for Texas, which fell to Georgia for the second time.
