Jenna Bush Hager teased Today cohost Hoda Kotb on Friday, joking that she would invite her seven-year-old daughter to her house so she could “corrupt” her.
During the latest episode of Today with Hoda & Jenna, the two ladies discussed Kieran Culkin’s recent comments about why he isn’t letting his kids watch Home Alone yet.
After watching a video of Kieran, 42, explaining why, Hoda, 60, said: ‘Look, a three-year-old doesn’t need to see a tarantula! There are already enough things that are scary.
‘I didn’t know his children were so small, of course they don’t watch it! They should be watching cartoons and stuff!’
The mother of two continued, “Look, my kids, they don’t watch so many things… they have a lifetime to watch romance, love, and scary things. Can’t they just watch The Peanuts?’
Jenna, 42, then said: ‘You know what she does? She’s gaslighting me! Do you want to know why? “I was just telling Hoda that Poppy and I – we only saw one – but we were watching Meet Me Next Christmas, a Netflix rom-com,” referring to her second daughter.
“It’s a gate!” Hoda blurted out when Jenna said the movie was “PG,” but Hoda quickly corrected her and claimed it was PG13.
“I think this is good for people at X… at what age should you let your kids watch rom-coms?” Hoda suggested while Jenna reiterated that it was “a PG movie” before adding that her daughter is 10 years old.

Hoda quickly corrected her and shouted, “No, she’s nine!” as Jenna fired back, “She’s almost 10!” making them both laugh.
Referring to her cohost’s two daughters, Jenna then declared, “I decided I’m going to have Haley — Hope can remain innocent — but Haley is coming along and I’m going to corrupt her!”
Hoda admitted, “Besides, Haley will do whatever you say!” as Jenna remembered the time they all went to see Taylor Swift perform in Miami in October.

Hoda was stunned by her comment and fired back, “People making out at the Taylor Swift concert?!” as Jenna joked, “Yes, it was Henry and me!” referring to her husband of 16 years Henry Hager.
“I’m just kidding, Henry wasn’t even there!” Jenna quickly added before repeating, “But I have her over and my kids are going to spoil her and it’s going to be fun!”
Hoda replied, “I think so!” before joking, “She comes back with eyes the size of meatballs, kind of like, “What happened at Jenna’s house?”
Jenna’s comments come just days after she posted some new photos of her with her three children to celebrate her 43rd birthday.

She and Henry, 46, are parents to Mila, 11, Poppy, nine, and five-year-old son Hal. In the selfie, the couple can be seen cuddling their offspring while the eldest holds a plate of cupcakes.
Jenna captioned the post: “I feel so grateful for all the love…I’m really letting it sink in. As someone wrote to me today, hoping that I would slow things down a little so I can appreciate every second. Thank you for everything.’
After officially turning a year older on Nov. 25, Jenna revealed the gift her kids gave her during an episode of Today with Hoda & Jenna.
While chatting with Hoda, the NBC host explained that she received several birthday coupons.
“They made me a poster where they wrote that they were giving me all kinds of coupons,” she said.
‘Hal’s was, he would go to bed early. Poppy said ‘foot massage’, but then she changed her mind because she thought it would be gross to give me a foot massage, and she said ‘hand massage’.”
Jenna added that Mila’s birthday coupon included a total of “Four free babysitting moments.”
As she continued to think about the big night, Jenna told Hoda that her family made her “go away” so they could surprise her.
