Hollywood actor Chuck Norris shared some sad news on Friday.
The Walker, Texas Ranger actor, 84, revealed that his mother Wilma died at the age of 103 on Wednesday.
The former US Air Force soldier shared a sweet note on Instagram on Friday where he called her “a woman of unwavering faith, a beacon of light in our lives” and added that “her love reflects the grace of God.”
There were several photos of Chuck with his mother, who was from Oklahoma.
“On Wednesday morning, my brother Aaron and my wonderful mother went home to be with Jesus,” the caption began.
“Our mother was a woman of unwavering faith, a beacon of light in our lives and her love reflected the grace of God.”

Norris was born in Ryan, Oklahoma, in 1940, the son of his mother Wilma and his father Ray Dee Norris, who was a World War II Army soldier who became a mechanic.
His mother was of Irish descent and his father was of Cherokee descent.
Chuck was the oldest of three brothers; His younger brothers are Wieland and Aaron.
When Norris was 16, his parents divorced and he then moved to Prairie Village, Kansas and then to Torrance, California with his mother and siblings.
Chuck started out as a martial artist.
He trained celebrities in martial arts for films, which led to a small role in The Wrecking Crew (1968).
