Blunts was among the performers in the Windy City for the fourth annual JUICE WRLD DAY in memory of the late rapper Juice WRLD, who died at the age of 21 on December 8, 2019.
Several X/Twitter users commented on their health concerns for the 23-year-old rap artist after a video of his outing went viral.
Some people said Blunts, who is estimated to weigh more than 500 pounds, needed encouragement from people around him to take better care of himself.
“It’s crazy how he got to this size with his team just watching,” one user said of Blunts.
