Sean 'Diddy' Combs' son Justin Dior Combs has reportedly been blacklisted from renting out party houses in Los Angeles after 'trashing' several properties, according to the New York Post.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ son Justin Dior Combs has reportedly been blacklisted from renting out party houses in Los Angeles.

Justin, 30, has a habit of renting mansions in Southern California and leaving them in ruins at the end of his stay, says a broker specializing in mansions reclaimed by the New York Post On Wednesday.

“The company I work with rents houses to Justin,” said a source described as a “Los Angeles-based facilitator” for rich and famous clients. ‘He said: “I’m going to invite 20 people.” But there would be 200 and then they would destroy the house.’

“It’s gotten to the point where no one is renting the house to him,” they continued, adding that Justin had allegedly “called” them to ask them to rent a house.

“I said no,” the source said.

The report on the fallout from Justin’s alleged wild partying comes after his rap mogul father, 55, was denied bail for the third time ahead of his sex trafficking trial.

The publication clarified that there is no indication of any of the disturbing behavior that allegedly occurred at his father’s debauched parties.

However, Justin seems to paint a picture of himself as someone who knows how to have a good time, as his Instagram account is filled with photos and videos of him taking shots of DeLeón tequila.

Diddy and alcohol giant Diageo had formed a joint venture to buy the tequila brand in 2013, but in May last year the rapper sued Diageo for allegedly failing to properly promote the tequila label, which he attributed to racism.

In January of this year, Diageo settled the lawsuit with Combs and took full ownership of DeLeón tequila.

Justin’s posts about liquor appear to predate the legal action between his father and the liquor conglomerate.

In a statement to the post, Justin’s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, clarified that “Justin has not been charged with a crime or civilly sued for any of these allegations for some reason: he did nothing wrong.”

In the indictment against Justin’s father, Diddy is accused of taking sex workers from around the world to his drug-fueled orgies, which could last for days.

He allegedly organized and ran the sex parties, while masturbating throughout the performance and supplying the women with drugs such as ecstasy, ketamine and BHB to keep them energized, federal prosecutors said.

Justin (seen attending his father's bail hearing in September in New York with his brother Christian Combs) is also being sued for allegedly failing to pay for a rented Bentley, according to InTouch. His lawyer said it was a misunderstanding after invoices were allegedly sent to the wrong address.

Although Justin's parties were supposedly wild, there is no indication that they included any of the sordid behavior his father Diddy is accused of doing at his 'crazy' parties; photographed in 2022 in Las Vegas

The document adds: “After the panic attacks, Combs and the victims typically received intravenous fluids to recover from physical exertion and drug use.”

Prosecutors said the music mogul’s employees surreptitiously booked hotel rooms for the “freak-offs,” while stocking them with baby oil, lubricants and extra sheets.

Authorities allegedly discovered more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant in their homes while searching them earlier this year.

Agents also discovered three AR-15 rifles with defaced serial numbers in his Miami bedroom closet, but the weapons were “broken down into parts, along with magazines with ammunition loaded into them.”

It comes after Combs was involved in kidnapping someone at gunpoint in 2011.

Prosecutors also claimed that Diddy paid the male sex workers hired for the parties, but not the female participants, whom he allegedly beat and threatened with financial ruin if they refused to participate in his sordid parties.

Diddy’s son Justin also has legal problems involving cars.

According In contactPorsche Leasing LTD filed a lawsuit against him for $190,000 after he allegedly failed to pay bills for a Bentley he had rented from the organization.

Lichtman described the lawsuit as the result of a mix-up, as invoices were allegedly sent to the wrong address and never reached Justin.

“The outstanding balance will be paid and the lawsuit will be dismissed,” Lichtman said.

Although a source said the case could be dismissed within days, Porsche Leasing appears to be continuing for now and says it has the right to repossess the car.
