Tom Brady is in Dallas for his weekly NFL assignment with Fox, and the legendary quarterback enjoyed a night out Wednesday at the Knicks-Mavericks game.
Brady, who will call the Thanksgiving game between the Giants and Cowboys on Thursday, was seen sitting courtside and chatting with Mavs coach Jason Kidd.
The pair was seen shaking hands with Jalen Brunson at the free throw line, with Brady smiling during the brief interaction.
“Two great passers,” said an announcer saying of the conversation.
Brady’s assignment between the Giants and Cowboys will begin at 4:30 ET.
The seven-time Super Bowl winner is in his first year as the lead NFL analyst on Fox, and company bosses have reportedly identified an area of improvement for him in particular.

He chatted and shook hands with Mavs coach Jason Kidd, who was previously a star player.
According Juan Ourand Puck’s ‘The Varsity’ newsletter, the powers that be at the network want the 47-year-old to incorporate more commentary on what he’s seeing on the field and less on intangibles.
Fox invested a lot of money in Brady, namely a 10-year, $375 million contract that he signed while he was still playing.
However, executives are said to be confident Brady can continue to improve in the stand.
Brady has received mixed reviews about his on-air performance after being heavily scheduled for his debut.
He also received a setback following his official approval as a minority owner of the Raiders last month, which prohibits him from attending team meetings and practices (of other franchises) as most broadcasters are allowed to do.
He is also not allowed to criticize NFL officials or other clubs while in the booth.
However, Brady has honed in on some of the gaps in silence and delayed responses on the air and has shown progress since the start of the season.
