She put on several rings and looked beautiful with her face completely made up with contoured cheeks and shimmery eye shadow.
It comes after Paris made headlines by covering up her 80 tattoos for the Grammys, so the focus remained on her Celine dress.
The singer came out in a tiny black microdress that showed off her legs and added black pantyhose.
She sported a black fur coat while accessorizing with silver earrings and numerous silver rings.
She finished her look with a pair of closed-toe pumps.
The look was a custom Celine by Hedi Slimane dress, and she noted on the red carpet that she hid her tattoos so as not to detract from the outfit.
‘I wanted to give this Celine dress its own moment. “I love piercings, tattoos, all body modifications, but sometimes they can distract from the art,” she explained.
“I made a friend when I did AHS a couple of years ago, Tyson Fountaine, and he did my body makeup for one of my nude scenes that I had,” she told Access Hollywood.

“When I decided to do this with CoverFX, I wanted to call it,” Paris added, referring to the cosmetics company.
‘I had all my dream equipment. I had Tyson and Pauly Blanch for the face and Miles Jeffries for the hair. “It was like all the people I love put this together,” he added.
Her team used CoverFX Total Cover Cream foundation to conceal the tattoos from her red carpet appearance.
She took to Instagram to share a time-lapse video of all the work that went into hiding the ink.
The process began at 5 a.m. and lasted several hours before being completed.
