A Texas mother is outraged after a kindergarten teacher was caught on video “abusing” her young daughter.
Jasmine Adams was in disbelief when she saw an employee at Kipling Street Academy in Houston roughly grab her three-year-old girl, Legacy.
“This is a grown woman literally abusing a three-year-old child,” Adams said ABC-13.
“I literally see the teacher lifting her off the ground and then, like, hitting her butt on the ground.”
You can also see the worker grab little Legacy by the arm and drag her to a chair.
Adams noted that her daughter appeared to lose her balance and be pulled around by the unknown worker.
A representative from the Houston Police Department told DailyMail.com that the incident occurred on Tuesday and that Adams reported it on Thursday.
She watched her daughter through a daycare livestream that sent real-time video straight to her phone.

Legacy’s mother, Jasmine Adams, has pulled her daughter out of Kipling Street Academy, claiming this isn’t the first time her daughter has been treated roughly at preschool
Adams said the staffer “slammed” her daughter to the ground and into a chair
When Adams saw the staffer pull her child “forcefully” and “smack the chair,” she picked her up at the school and took her to the doctor, the department said.
The doctor found no injuries on the child, but Adams told police that Legacy said her stomach hurt after the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
The concerned mother pulled Legacy out of preschool for good, claiming this wasn’t the first time something like this had happened.
“Some people might be okay with being physical with a three-year-old,” Adams told ABC 13.
‘I, on the other hand, don’t agree with it. “I don’t think it’s okay to touch someone else’s child at any time.”
Kipling Street Academy is currently closed for Thanksgiving and did not respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.
The preschool also did not respond to ABC 13, but the outlet reported that Adams did receive a voice message from the preschool’s owner.
The message would indicate that the employee on the recording had been spoken to.
The owner further alleged that Legacy was acting unruly – climbing on the table and kicking her teachers – before the employee grabbed her.
Adams was less than satisfied with the answer.
“To sweep it under the rug and blame it on the three-year-old, we as a community should be outraged,” Adams told ABC 13.
She recommended that the woman in the video take “some anger management classes” but doesn’t think she should be fired over the incident.
“I’m not calling for her to lose her job because no one is perfect,” she said. ‘People make mistakes.’
Kipling Street Academy is located in Houston. The owner allegedly left Adams a message after the incident, claiming that Legacy had misbehaved beforehand
The unknown employee was filmed pulling the child and making her sit in a chair
The incident comes about a month after a Washington mother was left furious when her son Giovanni, 3, wandered away from his preschool and his teacher didn’t try to look for him.
Ana Maldonado couldn’t believe how easily her son was able to leave Tukwila Elementary School in October.
Giovanni left the school and walked more than 100 meters to get home. His teacher never went looking for him because she didn’t want to let the other students down.
When the child showed up at the front door during the school day, his mother was stunned.
“I was like, ‘How are you doing at home? Why are you here? School isn’t over for another 30 minutes,'” Maldonado said.
