Jamie left his wetsuit at home and soaked up the sun and sea shirtless, showing off his tanned body in a pair of vibrant shorts.
Accompanied by his fiancé Jane Ameka and her children, daughter Beau, three, and son Nash, one, Jamie also enjoyed some quality family time.
Ameka wore a black bikini with an orange sarong around her waist as she held Nash in her arms and walked with Jamie and Beau along the beach.
