Phillip cut a casual figure in a black quilted Moncler jacket and a navy blue hoodie, paired with jeans.
Meanwhile, Molly dressed in a stylish brown coat and boots, while accessorizing with dark sunglasses.
Schofield’s family have had a difficult month attending the funeral of their beloved mother Pat, almost four weeks after her death aged 88.

Mourners attending the “celebration of her life” at St Michael’s Church from 3pm on Friday were encouraged to “dress brightly to reflect a life full of love”.

Her post comes after her former colleague and friend Phillip is said to have called her ‘The Witch’ after the pair left their presenting roles on This Morning.
Holly is said to have ruled out any reconciliation with her former best friend, 62, who allegedly sent her a message on WhatsApp the day before news of her axing went public on This Morning, claiming she had “brought him down” .
Tensions between the pair reached greater heights when Phil boldly declared there were ‘three s**ts’ at ITV on his Channel 5 show Cast Away last month.
Phil has also severed further ties within the TV industry, as Holly’s husband Dan Baldwin, co-owner of production company Hungry Bear, responsible for shows such as Gladiators and Michael McIntyre’s Big Show, is “furious” with Phil.
A source told MailOnline: “Holly and Phil’s friendship is really over, there’s no way she’ll talk to him again after this.”
‘Dan, Holly’s TV producer husband, is also furious at Phil’s behavior towards her.
Phillip confirmed his mother Pat’s death in an Instagram post on October 14.

Phillip left This Morning last May after months of speculation about a breakdown in his relationship with Holly.
She then admitted to having an affair with a junior colleague and left ITV entirely.
The pair used to be best friends, and their families even took annual holidays together, but the bitter feud appears to have been rekindled and Phillip now refers to his once close friend as “the witch”.
Phillip is said to have told Holly that she “knocked him down” before he quit This Morning.
The Daily Mirror reported that Schofield sent the accusation in a WhatsApp message and said he should have publicly supported him after their fight.
It comes after it was revealed that Holly is said to have ruled out any reconciliation with her former best friend Phillip Schofield, 62 (pictured by Phil in his Cast Away documentary).
Holly and Phil co-hosted This Morning for over 13 years.
He then blamed her for not doing so, saying it led to his retirement after 21 years on the ITV show.
Phillip, who returned to TV last week on Channel 5’s Cast Away, had asked her for a public show of support, such as a statement or a photo together, in the hope it would stop accusations that they had fallen out.
After sending the WhatsApp, Holly allegedly responded that she didn’t know what was going on.
