Fed up locals say their lives are being made miserable by a holiday rental, which is constantly used to host “drug-fueled” parties into the early hours of the morning.
Neighbors say the situation in Bromley, south-east London, has become “catastrophic” since the property appeared online.
They have called the Metropolitan Police and Bromley Council several times about noise and anti-social behavior at the events, but claim nothing has been done to shut them down.
It is understood that the vacation rental is booked through the Booking.com website.
Locals are fed up with large groups of young people attending “drug-fuelled” parties at a property in Bromley.
According to a neighbor, two weeks ago there were three large gatherings of up to 50 young people in four days

He first contacted the council in August and believed the situation had improved after there were no major disturbances over the following month.
But according to a neighbor, two weeks ago there were three large gatherings of up to 50 young people in four days.
It was at these events that he claims he saw young people climbing into his backyard, as well as yelling, fighting, drinking and doing drugs in the street outside his home, he claims.
Mrs Pawlowska said: ‘If the council can’t do anything and if the police can’t do anything, how can I live like this?
‘I cannot accept this behavior. I saw people rolling a joint and smoking marijuana.
“They make a mess and you can see how much laughing gas they used.” I didn’t sleep all night.’
Ágata, who did not want to give her last name, also lives next to the party property for three years.
The mother of two says she’s had enough of teenagers leaving trash, doing drugs and keeping her kids up all night partying.
She said: ‘When the house was first rented families were staying there but for the last year and a half every weekend there is a party.
‘I can literally hear every word. There are a lot of drugs and I can smell the weed in my apartment.
“They leave a lot of garbage and that brings with it a lot of rats. There are so many and I’m really afraid of rats, so it’s horrible.
‘What annoys me the most are drugs and disorder. The parties last all night. When I left at 6 in the morning to go to work they were still partying.
“My seven-year-old daughter would wake up at one in the morning because of the music and couldn’t sleep.”

The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that they responded to reports of noise at large gatherings both on October 25 and the following day. Pictured: Someone believed to have been a partygoer.
The resident says there have been many Halloween parties in recent weeks with teenagers who she believes were around 16 years old.
He claims to have written to the city council and called the police several times to no avail.
Agata also says that the teenagers have been very aggressive when she has asked them to stay off her property.
And he added: ‘I understand that people want to have fun, but they are very aggressive. I think they are a threat.
‘I told everyone to leave my property, but they started insulting me and being very racist towards me.
‘The council has done nothing, I have simply given up.
‘I’m paying a lot of rent to live here and I don’t feel safe anymore because you never know what those kids might do.
‘They came here almost naked. “It’s not a good example for my kids to see.”
The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that they responded to reports of noise at large gatherings at the property both on October 25 and the following day.
Officers reported that they gave “noise reduction advice” the first night, but that there was “no evidence that any crime had been committed.”
The next day, the police went to the scene again, but they said there was no crowd on the street.
A Met spokesperson said: “We understand the impact anti-social behavior can have on residents and officers from Bromley’s Safer Neighborhoods Team will review this incident and contact the victim to discuss this matter further.”
You can find a list of the address on Booking.com.
The property can be booked for around £150 a night for six people, but specifies that it will not allow “stag parties or similar”.
Ms. Pawlowska recently received a phone number from a cleaner who was working at the house after one of the parties. They told her that this number would connect her to the “chief” of cleaning.
The woman on the other end of this number, who did not give her name, said: “As soon as they call me, I go down and evacuate everyone.”
“I don’t really have much more to say on the subject other than I’m doing everything I can in my power.”
A Bromley Council spokesperson said: ‘We are aware of reports that have been made regarding this address.
‘In some cases, council officers or police attended at the time of reporting.
“If a report is made, in order to take formal enforcement action, we need the resident to collect supporting evidence in the form of a daily log; without this evidence of frequent disturbances, the investigation cannot proceed to enforcement.”
A Booking.com spokesperson said: “When a property owner signs up to list on Booking.com, they agree to our terms and conditions.”
“If we become aware of an issue or complaint, we will review it and take additional action as necessary, which could mean removing the property from our platform.”
