A polling place in the key state of Pennsylvania has been evacuated after being raided by “disruptors.”

Several people broke into the central county elections office in Bellefonte shortly after 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday.

That prompted an evacuation by local police, according to the County Center Report.

Polls don’t close in Pennsylvania until 8 pm Eastern time. The identities of the disruptors have not been shared and no further details about their behavior have been released.

It is also unclear whether they support Donald Trump or Kamala Harris.

Central County Report Reporter Haley Jacobs shared a clip of the scene, with several locals forced to remain in a parking lot while police investigate the disruption.

Bellefonte is located in central Pennsylvania. Center County voted Democratic in the most recent presidential election, with Joe Biden winning 51.4% of the vote to Donald Trump’s 46.7%.

Local officials have yet to say what steps they will take to ensure that anyone kicked out of the election office can cast their vote if the disruption continues after 8 p.m.

People were allowed to return to the center shortly after 8 p.m. ET.

Polling stations have begun to close across the United States; Kamala Harris is so far expected to have won Vermont, while Donald Trump emerged victorious in Kentucky.

Recent polls have shown that the race is too close to call: Pennsylvania is widely seen as the swing state that could end up deciding the race if it remains that close.
