A Florida man who was tied up on a beach in anticipation of a romp in the sand ended up in the hospital after a bloody attack.

The victim, described as a “frantic, shirtless man yelling,” was allegedly attacked and beaten with an ax on an Ormond-by-the-Sea beach on Wednesday, according to the arrest affidavit.

Alana Cagle, 18, lured the victim to the area around 8:30 p.m. so she “could tie him up on the beach and have sex with him,” but the situation took a cruel turn.

After the victim’s legs were tied, 24-year-old Wayne Streeter appeared dressed all in black. Sensing danger, the unnamed man untied his legs and attempted to flee.

Cagle reportedly began jumping on his legs to keep him down, but he was able to fight her off and escape.

The victim said Cagle picked him up just to go to Michael Crotty Bicentennial Park, according to ClickOrlando.com.

He recalled “feeling strange vibrations” once they reached the beach because Cagle was sitting about five feet away from him before tying his legs.

A rope, a T-shirt, a hat and an ax sheath were found on the beach. Blood stains on a nearby walkway were “consistent with a man running while bleeding.”

More blood was found in the park where Cagle’s car was parked.

Streeter told police a different story about how the night unfolded.

He said he and Cagle were a couple and they drove to the beach together. Apparently, he did not know how the victim arrived.

Streeter alleged that he saw the victim push Cagle, which caused him to approach and begin punching.
