Tennis champion Lleyton Hewitt and his actress wife Bec will be hoping for an ace this weekend when their sprawling Gold Coast home goes up for auction.
The couple put the stunning four-bedroom mansion up for sale earlier this month, three years after purchasing it for $4.3 million.
The sprawling four-bedroom, three-bathroom property is located in Burleigh Heads, one of Queensland’s most sought-after postcodes, where the average home is valued at more than $5 million.
Listing agent Carol Carter of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty has said there has been interest from overseas buyers ahead of the auction.
He said there has been a lot of interest in the high-profile property, including from buyers from Germany and the UK.
“We’ve generated a lot of interest, but it’s hard to understand because people tend to keep things secret,” Carol said. wellbeing.com.au.

A source said new idea that Bec wants to make sure her daughter avoids the dangers that can befall new, inexperienced artists.
“Bec knows how to deal with bad people and shady managers and doesn’t want Mia to make some of the mistakes she made early in her career, like being too optimistic about certain jobs,” the source said.
