Disgraced music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces new allegations that he sexually abused a 10-year-old boy after a musical audition in New York City.
In a lawsuit filed in upstate New York on Monday, the plaintiff, now an adult, claims he traveled from his home in Los Angeles to the Big Apple to meet with music executives and ‘audition’ for Combs.
They then allegedly drugged the boy and when he woke up, his pants were off and he was in pain.
The lawsuit is just one of more than a dozen filed by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who has vowed to continue uncovering allegations against “powerful people” in the near future, and said people will be “shocked” by the names of the list A that arise. .
“You can’t hide skeletons in the closet forever,” he said.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 54, faces new allegations that he sexually abused a 10-year-old boy in 2005.
The latest lawsuit comes from a plaintiff who said he was an aspiring actor and rapper living in Los Angeles whose parents hired an industry consultant to advance his career, according to court documents seen by DailyMail.com.
The consultant ultimately recommended that the unnamed boy, who had already landed some acting roles and a role in a music video, and his parents fly to New York City to meet with music industry executives.
She arranged for the boy to meet Diddy for an ‘audition’ and took him to Combs’ hotel room, where she left him alone, the lawsuit alleges.
The boy then rapped several songs for the Bad Boy mogul, who said he could “make him a star” and asked him how much he wanted to be famous and what he would do to become a star, to which the young man replied that he would. ‘do anything.’
At that point, the suit claims, someone on Diddy’s team handed him a soda and, after drinking it, the unnamed plaintiff “started to feel ‘a little weird,’ but initially thought it was because he was so happy at the time.” .
The alleged victim now believes the drink was laced with GHB or ecstasy.
The disgraced rap mogul allegedly forced the 10-year-old aspiring actor and rapper to perform oral sex on him.
He claims the rapper told him to come over and said something like, ‘Sometimes you have to do some things you don’t want to do.’
Diddy then allegedly forced the boy to perform oral sex on him, even though the boy tried to refuse.
The plaintiff alleges that he then “froze with terror” and collapsed.
When he woke up, he claims his pants were unbuttoned and he was in pain.
The boy then screamed for his parents, at which point Diddy allegedly threatened to “seriously” hurt his mom and dad if they told anyone what happened.
When the consultant returned, she allegedly noticed that the child was “very shaken” and took him back to his parents, who found that he was “lethargic and acting differently.”
Ultimately, the boy told his parents about the assault, but they were all “terrified of the possible consequences of reporting it,” the lawsuit states.
The victim, now an adult, is suing Diddy and all of his companies for gender violence and seeking compensation for the assault.
It’s just one of more than a dozen civil lawsuits Diddy faces while he remains incarcerated.

He claims that he has since suffered from anxiety and depression, leaving him desperate and fatigued, and that he subsequently had to be home-schooled.
The lawsuit also alleges that the victim continues to suffer night terrors related to the incident.
“In short, Plaintiff was deprived of a normal childhood and is unable to interact with others or live a normal life in general due to his encounter with Defendant Combs,” the lawsuit says.
It was one of two lawsuits filed in New York on Monday, and another alleged victim said he was sexually assaulted in 2008 at the age of 17 while auditioning for Making the Band.
He said Combs forced him to perform oral sex on both the mogul and his bodyguard, and Diddy framed the latter as “proof” of how much the plaintiff wanted to succeed in the music industry.
The plaintiff later failed the audition after Combs deemed him “untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on his bodyguard,” the lawsuit states.
Houston attorney Tony Buzbee has filed a wave of shocking civil lawsuits against Diddy since his arrest, including allegations that the rapper raped a 13-year-old girl.
Buzbee plans to file 120 new lawsuits against Diddy in the coming months.
He already filed 13 lawsuits against Combs on Oct. 14 and Oct. 20, with many of his anonymous plaintiffs alleging they were drugged, forced to perform non-consensual sexual acts and threatened into silence.
The attorney even wrote in the new lawsuit that: ‘The conduct described here is strikingly typical of how Combs behaved for many years.
“Many people and entities facilitated and enabled this abhorrent conduct,” Buzbee alleged, stating that “Sean Combs believed he was above the law.” He is not.
“Combs is a threat to society, women and children,” the lawyer said.
“While his wealth has kept him above consequences for years, Combs now faces the awesome power of the American judicial system and, ultimately, a jury of his peers, who will be asked to punish him for the deplorable conduct described here.”
But lawyers representing the disgraced tycoon, now 54, have denied the claims made by the alleged 10-year-old victim.
“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention more than the truth, as is evident from his constant appearances in the press and his 1-800 number,” they stated. TMZ said.
“As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are seemingly ridiculous or demonstrably false.”
They added that they continue to have full confidence in the judicial process and believe that “the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, whether man or woman, adult or minor.”
Combs also faces charges of conspiracy to racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He is scheduled to face trial in May.
