The Australian fashion designer, 39, opened a Henne store in Paddington in June, exactly two years after opening the brand’s first store in Melbourne in 2022.

Other shoppers agreed with her dismal review, saying both boutiques are often packed with shoppers and accusing the staff of being “rude.”

Claudia shared a video of the huge queues outside the two-story boutique at opening time as patient shoppers waited their turn to enter.

“We only waited an hour to try to get into the Henne boutique: blazing sun, no soft drinks, no stools, whatever, side note, no problem,” he detailed.

“First of all, the store is small, you look out the window and you can see everything.”

Claudia then claimed they waited an hour before an assistant told them it would be another 60 minutes due to queues in the changing rooms, prompting her to leave the store.

She shared: “We’re waiting for an hour, we’re second from the front and this woman appears through the fucking door, the sales assistant, and says ‘there are 10 people waiting in the dressing room and we’ll have to wait an hour to get into the store.'” .

‘We had already been there an hour and then she was gone ‘another hour’, so that’s my review of the Henne store.

‘I stood on the stairs for literally an hour in the blazing sun and left!’

Claudia was furious that she wouldn’t return as she called the store a “failure”, while many other users took to the comments to share their similar experiences.

‘I’m sorry, but treating customers like this is not a good vibe, what a failure. “I won’t be back,” he captioned the video.

Others criticized their in-store experience with Henne, arguing that it should not have the prestige of a high-end designer boutique.

Another fumed: “I love henne.” But this is really not worth it. It’s HENNE bffr,” while a third alleged: “Henne girls are soooo bad! Honestly, it’s very unpleasant.

And another added: ‘Eeeew they think they’re Chanel hahaha, how sad.’

However, other shoppers quickly came to the brand’s defense as they shared their positive experiences with the “lovely” staff at the Sydney and Melbourne stores.

One said: ‘I’m confused, has it been open in Sydney for a while? Why are there queues hahaha? I walked right in when I visited.

Another wrote: “Weird I walked into Melb(ourne) and they were nice to me,” while a third wrote: “Same!” Not too busy and absolutely lovely service!’

A fourth shared: “Friday at noon you’re in and out in a few minutes.”

“I was surprised by the response from the henne team, they were always very friendly when I went,” explained another.
