Acting is a prominent part of Michael’s family journey; He is the son of legendary actor Kirk Douglas and actress Diana Dill.
The star has been married twice. His first marriage was to Diandra Luker in 1977, with whom he has a son, Cameron. Michael and Diandra divorced in 2000.
In 2000 he married the Welsh actress Catherine. They have two children together: Dylan and Carys.

While Dylan has a brief resume on IMDb, he still remains in the spotlight: he hosts Young American with Dylan Douglas, a ‘Gen Z-driven political talk show.’
Cary’s IMDb only has four credits so far, but her work includes the short film Shell and her work as second assistant director on the short film August.
His latest film, another short called F*ck That Guy, headed to the PROOF Film Festival in Los Angeles and was executive produced by Spike Lee.

Her father even warned Carys that if she pursues a career in Hollywood he will always refer to her as “the daughter of.”
The mother of two said: “You actually have to prove yourself more, so even with that deterrent, my kids say, ‘No, I’m sorry, we still want to do it.'”
