On June 5, Sehorn was arrested and charged with breaking into the World Nightclub in Charlotte, North Carolina, with two teenagers, both 17 years old, to steal alcohol.
The college student was arrested shortly after the incident just after midnight, but was later released without bail.
The club owner claimed she stole six bottles of liquor for a total of $500, according to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com.
The owner also told local news station, WCCB, that the teens reportedly broke in through the back door and hid behind the bar to steal the liquor.
They allegedly fled after cleanup crews caught them, but were later stopped and arrested by police.
The entire incident was reportedly caught on security cameras.
Court documents show Sehorn was charged with felony breaking and entering in addition to larceny.
