‘The thing is, they are still answering queries about the clothing on social media… I reached out through all the different platforms and nothing.

Customers also took to Trustpilot to express their frustrations, angrily writing: ‘If I could give 0 stars I would!’ Quality clothing. Totally wrong size sent. No response, no communication, I sent an email, a DM, a comment… all ignored.

‘You can’t give anything back… I guess they’re just paying for Katie Price’s surgery addictions… AVOID AT ALL COST.’

‘I got a £10 lucky bag plus £5 shipping, I got 1 pair of charges which are marked down on the website for £5, that’s it!!!!!

“I sent them two emails with no response so I basically paid double for the same pair I could have bought for £5, disgraceful customer service.”

Meanwhile, JYY London told The Sun in response to customer claims: ‘Some of our online items are pre-order; which means that people ask for them and we make them to order due to high demand and they sell out faster than we expected.

‘Online there are shipping dates of when people’s orders will be shipped and our customer service team is always working and responding to customer queries 7 days a week…

‘As a business you will receive complaints from time to time, however we have been in business for over 10 years and always take into account good or bad feedback.

“We offer exchanges and refunds on all items as this is our company policy within 30 days of delivering the items to the customer – these are UK rules which we strictly adhere to.”
