Glitz: Victoria Beckham (pictured) has hired Dash Water to make ‘Posh’ branded cans for Paris Fashion Week
One of Britain’s fastest-growing drinks brands has made its first profit as fans including Victoria Beckham helped boost annual sales to £35m.
Dash Water, which was launched in 2017 and uses poor-quality fruit rejected by supermarkets to flavour sugar-free sparkling water, will post pre-tax profits of £74,900 by 2024.
And in what could provide a further boost, Beckham has hired the company to make ‘Posh’-branded cans for her Paris Fashion Week show on Friday.
Beckham, known as Posh in the Spice Girls, drinks up to six cans of Dash’s raspberry-flavoured drink every day and insists her assistant flies her to wherever she is in the world.
Co-founder Jack Scott, who set up the business with Alex Wright, said she has been a fan “for many years”.
Dash aims to generate £35m in revenue by 2024.
Backers include former Manchester United captain Patrice Evra and City star David Milner, who ran pet food business Lily’s Kitchen.
