Responding to a post asking, “Why do they want to kill Donald Trump?”, Musk, a Trump backer, provocatively commented, “And no one is even trying to assassinate Biden or Kamala.”

The Secret Service confirmed that it is aware of the post and is investigating all threats related to the protected individuals.

Harris is the choice of 43 percent of voters (up two points from our last poll on August 13), while Trump is the favorite of 42 percent (down two points).

The shift appears to be driven by huge changes among Hispanic voters.
