What use will Apple's intelligence be? The next iPhone will tell us

On Monday, Apple Apple held one of its flashy media events, showing off its next round of iPhones, AirPods, and Apple Watches. These are three of its biggest products, and all of the design tweaks feel very familiar to Apple’s current universe. But Apple also showed off some new tricks, like sleep apnea detection on the Apple Watch and a new feature that instantly turns a pair of AirPods Pro into headphones. And of course, the company is also very interested in getting consumers excited about the iPhone’s new Apple Intelligence features, even if those flashy AI tricks won’t be available until next month.

This week on Gadget Lab, WIRED product review editors Adrienne So and Julian Chokkattu join us after Apple’s “Glowtime” event to round up all the big news from Cupertino.
