The distraught girlfriend of late rapper Rich Homie Quan could be heard in the heartbreaking moments after his death during a frantic Call 911.

Amber Williams, who has two children with the rapper, said the rapper was not breathing, had no heartbeat and began foaming at the mouth when she turned him around, according to audio obtained by TMZ.

The 34-year-old musician, whose real name is Dequantes Devontay Lamar, had been sleeping on the living room couch since the night before and had never gone to bed, according to Williams.

Thinking he was still asleep from the night before, Williams said she placed a blanket over her boyfriend before taking her son to school.

“I just checked on him again because he never got up. I can’t feel his heartbeat, I can’t see him breathing,” she said.

The operator had trouble hearing her, but once Williams confirmed that Lamar was not breathing, he immediately dispatched paramedics.

The operator then attempts to coach Williams to give Lamar CPR and asks him to lay him on his back on the floor.

“He won’t wake up!” Williams said, distressed.

Lamar was pronounced dead at the scene on Thursday. He leaves behind his girlfriend and four children.

His family told him TMZ They are “devastated and heartbroken” by the sudden loss just a month after her 35th birthday.

He was scheduled to perform in his hometown in a few weeks at Nick Cannon’s Wild N Out alongside artists such as Wacka Flocka and Nardo Wick.

A representative from the Fulton County morgue also confirmed the news of his passing.

Online rumors of a drug overdose have been fueled by other musicians, but his family has yet to confirm the cause of death.
