ESPN television host Malika Andrews married fellow NBA reporter Dave McMenamin in the Bay Area over the weekend in a wedding that featured plenty of basketball references.

Andrews, who hosts “NBA Today,” and McMenamin, a longtime reporter who appears frequently on the show, were married at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.

The wedding took place at Cavallo Point Lodge, a luxury resort in a national park with privileged views of the iconic bridge.

At the reception, guests were greeted with a flower-covered basketball hoop, a nod not only to their jobs, but also to how they met.

Andrews and McMenamin first met in 2017, when they were both assigned to cover a Knicks-Cavaliers game at Madison Square Garden.

“We were engaged for 21 months, so we had a lot of time to plan,” McMenamin told Vogue.

The couple, who have kept their relationship out of the public eye, said they wanted to have enough time during two NBA offseasons to plan their wedding.

“Before the wedding, Dave and I were asked all the time if we were stressed because the big day was quickly approaching. And honestly, we never were,” said Andrews, who is from Cavallo Point.

Many of their ESPN colleagues joined the happy couple in their celebrations.

Former NBA champion and current ESPN analyst Richard Jefferson was seen dancing to ‘Sweet Caroline’ during the reception in a video posted to social media.

Other basketball references included McMenamin wearing Nike Kobe 6 Proto Mambacita Sweet 16 sneakers at the reception and music provided by Golden State Warriors DJ D Sharp.

“When you want something, the entire universe conspires to help you achieve it,” Andrews wrote on Instagram, including photos from the couple’s wedding day.
