Madeline, 27, also a model, is perhaps best known as the much younger girlfriend of Australian hospitality tsar Justin Hemmes.
Daily Mail Australia understands Castano’s split with Madeline stems from before he ended things with Simone, 31, and was sparked by a “disrespectful” argument.
A source with knowledge of the dispute says Castano and Madeline now “want nothing to do with each other.”.
While Castano and Madeline still follow each other on Instagram, they generally do not like each other’s posts or interact on the social media platform.
The Holtznagel sisters have remained noticeably silent on Instagram in the days since Castano confirmed his shocking split from Simone.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Castano and Madeline for comment.

Despite the alleged estrangement, Simone remains on good terms with her sister Madeline and the sisters are often seen spending time together.
Last month, Simone posted a gallery of sweet photos of herself having lunch with Madeline and her other sister, Anna.
Simone was beaming from ear to ear as she cradled Gia, her and Jono’s baby daughter, in her arms, while Madeline sat across the table doting on Anna’s daughter Rosie.

He wrote: ‘Our little g @simoneholtznagel (love heart hands emoji),’ but his model ex-girlfriend did not publicly respond to the post.
News of their split came hours after Simone posted a cryptic quote about “moving on” and being “patient” for a “long time” on her Instagram Stories.
On Monday night, Simone posted a thinly veiled message on Instagram about prioritizing her own happiness in what appeared to be a reference to their split.
The quote read: ‘You shouldn’t feel guilty about moving on if you’ve given someone multiple chances to improve or change, but they haven’t.
‘We all have limits and it’s important to look after our own wellbeing. If you’ve tried to help or waited for them to change their behaviour but things have stayed the same, it’s okay to choose what’s best for you and move on.
‘Prioritizing your own happiness and peace is essential, especially when you’ve been patient and understanding for a long time.’
