Six people have been rushed to hospital after a horrific two-vehicle crash near a busy intersection south of Adelaide.
Emergency services were called to Victor Harbor Rd, near the intersection of Mosquito Hill Rd in Mount Jagged at approximately 2.45pm on Thursday following reports of a two-car crash.
One passenger suffered life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to hospital, where he is now fighting for his life.
Four other people were also treated at the scene and taken to hospital.
His condition and the extent of his injuries have not yet been confirmed.

Emergency crews remain at the scene as lead crash investigators head to the site, 65 kilometres south of Adelaide.
The photos show two badly damaged vehicles and wreckage strewn across the road.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area with Victor Harbor Rd closed in both directions between Goolwa Rd and Hindmarsh Tiers Rd.
“Motorists are advised to take an alternate route via Pages Flat Rd,” police said.
The crash came hours after a woman and child suffered life-threatening injuries in a head-on collision near the state line.
