Spanish young prodigy Lamine Yamal has gone public with his student girlfriend after sensationally inspiring his country to Euro 2024 glory on a night to remember.
Teenage sensation Yamal lifted the first major international trophy of his career just a day after turning 17, following yesterday’s 2-1 win over England in Berlin.
The winger set up Nico Williams for Spain’s opening goal after one of his trademark tricks and capped a spectacular month that has put him in the spotlight.
Yamal remained on the field long after the confetti-laden celebrations to toast the success and was joined by fellow student Alex Padilla.
The loved-up couple snuggled up together and posed for photos with the tournament’s best player trophy, which was presented to him after a series of brilliant displays.

Yamal showed her love with her partner Alex Padilla, a student living in Barcelona
Padilla, a social media influencer with more than 300,000 followers on TikTok, supported her boyfriend by wearing a Spain jersey with his name and number on the back.
Clutching the elegant cutlery in her lap, Padilla placed her arm around Yamal and smiled for the cameras as she sat atop the podium.
In one of the photographs, Yamal also appears happily taking a selfie with Padilla.
The pair were accompanied by Yamal’s father, Mounir Nasraoui, who before the match had correctly predicted that his son would shine on the biggest occasions.
Padilla is believed to have attended several of Spain’s Euro 2019 matches and was seen sitting alongside Yamal’s family.

Yamal was named the young player of the tournament and broke several records
Speculation about their budding relationship increased after she was photographed with several of Yamal’s relatives in a dugout during the tournament.
And the rumors reached their peak after eagle-eyed social media users discovered that Padilla was one of only two accounts followed by Yamal on her TikTok account.
Prodigy Yamal broke several records during the European Championship and became the youngest goalscorer in the history of the competition after scoring against France in the semi-finals, with a stunning shot that went into the top corner.
He will now return to his club Barcelona and is expected to continue to impress – his father even compared him to all-time great Lionel Messi.
“You can’t imagine how proud I am of my son,” Nasraoui said. The Telegraph.
“I always knew he would achieve what he has achieved. I had full faith in him. And I have faith that he could go all the way and be better than Messi.”
