Jill Zarin’s plastic surgeon opens up about the work he recently did on her face.
According to Dr. Ira Savetsky, husband of former Real Housewives Of New York star Lizzy Savetsky, Jill underwent a facelift, chin implant, and fat transfer to obtain a “more youthful appearance.”
On Monday, the plastic surgeon spoke with Page sixdetailing how the 60-year-old approached him in hopes of fixing ‘sagging, double-chinned neck skin’, among other superficial problems.
“To address these concerns, I designed a personalized facial rejuvenation plan,” Dr. Savetsky revealed. “The procedure included a dual-plane lower facelift and neck lift, which involved repositioning both the skin and underlying muscles to achieve a more youthful appearance.”
He added: “To improve his profile, I placed a small chin implant.”

The surgeon, husband of former RHONY star Lizzy Savetsky, helped Jill, 60, fix “sagging, double-chinned neck skin,” among other superficial issues.
The doctor also explained that the fat transfer was performed to “restore volume to the midface, temples, earlobes and hands.”
As for how the RHONY alum’s recovery has been going, Dr. Savetsky said Zarin was doing well.exceptionally well.’
“She has minimal bruising and swelling and I hope her results continue to improve over the next few weeks as the swelling subsides,” she shared.
Jill took to Instagram earlier this month to give an update on his post-operative progress.
With her head wrapped in a bandage, she told her followers: “I’ve been missing a bit, although I try to post here and there.” And I boldly share that I had a bottom face lift and some other minor adjustments.”
Jill continued: “I live my life openly and freely and that’s why I did a reality show.” and I think it’s important for people who do reality TV to be honest.’
He explained that he is opening up to social media because “I just want to share my story and my journey.”
‘I don’t have any filter on. I’m at the Ritz-Carlton. He is dead. If you’re going to recover, recover in a good hotel,” the GOAT star revealed before congratulating Dr. Savetsky. “I have the most amazing doctor who visits me once or twice a day, including the first night of surgery, which which is unheard of, just to make sure I’m okay.”

Jill noticed she had a fat transfer from her leg to her hands, which she said she previously “hated.”
Jill also told fans: ‘I had drains. They have been eliminated. I seem more human. If I took this off, I’d look a lot more human. But I just wanted to share my story and my journey. I will show the evolution of the real before, the day and the following days.’
One drawback about her recovery was that she was “very tired” after the procedure.
‘The other thing is that they did a fat transplant on my hands because I hate them. And the worst thing was that the lipo came out of my leg to fill my hands,’ she added. “Believe it or not, that’s the most pain I’ve ever had.”
He concluded by telling his fans: “If you don’t do that, you’re fine.” No real pain. But I’m tired… it could be from the anesthesia.’
Jill delved into why she opted for extensive plastic facial rejuvenation in the caption of her video.
‘Now I’m back! Something like? “After seeing myself in The GOAT video on Amazon (I killed it this week by the way!!), I decided I needed a lower facelift,” she wrote. ‘He also hated my hands and added fat to my legs. They look amazing! My doctor visited me the first night after the operation, which made me feel 1000 times better, and then at 8am and 8pm on Saturday and 8am on Sunday to remove the drain, so I don’t have to go to your office until Friday to remove most of the stitches. .’
Comparing her doctor to others, Jill added: “Each surgeon has different techniques, medications and bedside manner. It is essential to ask about all of these for a successful outcome. I will continue to share updates.”
Dr. Saventsky took to the comments section to praise his patient, writing, ‘You look amazing just days after surgery! And I love your transparency! And thank you for your kind words.’
The RHONY alum explained that she underwent surgery after watching herself on Amazon’s The GOAT and deciding it was necessary.
The reality star told her fans that the worst part of her procedures was liposuction on her leg to transfer fat to her hands. She said it was the only part of her that hurt significantly.
On Monday, Jill shared a new post-op photo of herself wearing makeup after she had time to heal. “Three weeks post op and not that bad!” she wrote.
The former Housewives also shared their love, with Orange County alum Kelly Dodd commenting, “Damn, you look good,” while former RHONY star Aviva Drescher wrote, “Brave on every level , my friend”.
On Monday, Jill shared a new post-op photo of herself with her boyfriend Gary Brody.
She was in full makeup and had had some time to heal, which revealed some of the changes on her face.
