Manchester City striker Julián Álvarez is reportedly wanted by several top European clubs this summer.
Alvarez, who joined City for £14million in 2022, has scored 36 goals in two seasons at the Etihad.
The 24-year-old also won the World Cup with Argentina during that time and an offer of at least £70m would be needed for City to consider a sale, according to The Sun.
Both Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are interested in Alvarez, who is believed to be interested in playing more regularly as a central striker.
Alvarez has rarely had the opportunity to start in his preferred position with Erling Haaland leading the line for the Citizens.

Atlético de Madrid also has its eyes on the player, but is more interested in a loan that does not attract City.
The report adds that it seems unlikely at this stage that any of the three clubs will reach the £70m figure this summer.
Álvarez has already won numerous medals at the Etihad, winning the Premier League in both campaigns and the Champions League last season.
He also won an FA Cup, a UEFA Super Cup and a Club World Cup.
