Terrifying footage has emerged showing the moment Kansas City fans flee after what sound like AR-style bullets are fired during the during the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl Parade, and officials now confirm that 22 were injured and nine of them are believed to be children.

Two gunmen opened fire inside Union Station moments after the team, including Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, left the stage on what should have been a triumphant day for the city following the Chiefs’ victory on Sunday.

A new video has since emerged showing what sounds like an AR-style gun firing, as the crowd begins to quickly disperse.

Amidst the terror, a heroic group of men were seen taking down one of the alleged perpetrators.

They knocked the alleged gunman to the ground and then shouted, “We have the gun.” The men held the suspect until police arrived to take him into custody.

TMZ He reported that 11 children were taken to the hospital, nine of whom had gunshot wounds. Police have since confirmed they have arrested three people.

At a news conference late in the day, Police Chief Stacey Graves said, “We are working to determine if one of the three is the one who was in that video, where fans assisted police.”

No charges have been announced and police said no motive has been determined. Police have referred to those in custody as detainees.

While Kansas City Fire Chief Ross Grundyson said eight victims suffered immediately fatal injuries.
