For the role, Williams explained in a Harper’s Bazaar United Kingdom On the cover of the interview he said he lost 26 pounds following a difficult regimen.
She said medical professionals carefully monitored her while she drastically reduced her food intake.
The actress also explained that she lost most of her weight by sweating in addition to eating very little.
“I had to get up at 4 in the morning to start sweating,” she said, detailing what a day of preparation for filming was like for her.
‘The night before, around 7 or 8 pm, they allowed me to have something salty and dehydrating: some smoked salmon and a glass of wine.

“Then I took a very hot bath with lots of salts,” he continued. “And I kind of levitated into bed and slept for about three hours and woke up and ate a handful of nuts.”
However, because he ate so little, he said he had a hard time resting.
“At this point I couldn’t sleep through the night,” he added.
The New Look will premiere on Valentine’s Day, February 14, on Apple TV+.
