The Love Island star shared that they were left in “shock” after the accident, but assured everyone that they were both “completely fine” and that no one was hurt.
In her most recent video while driving, Molly said, “I just drove down this little road, which made me have a flashback of what happened a couple of days ago.”
‘It was the strangest thing ever and we experienced our first little car accident. We were completely fine, but a woman literally crashed directly into Tommy’s car.
Molly also confirmed that her 14-month-old daughter Bambi was not in the vehicle with the couple at the time and explained the incident in detail.
She continued: “We weren’t in my car and luckily Bambi wasn’t in the car because we were going on a date night and Zoe and Danny (Molly’s sister and her fiancé) were at the house with Bambi.
“We had literally just left the house and this woman was pulling out of a church parking lot and there was basically not enough room on the road for two cars, so she had to wait until we had passed and then get out and instead our cars We just crashed and crashed into each other.
“Then he went into reverse because I think he said, ‘Oh my God, I can’t believe I just hit you,’ but he went into reverse and then he pushed the accelerator again and he went straight at us again, so he went into us twice!
“It was the strangest thing ever, so I immediately got out of the car and ran towards her. I actually thought she wasn’t well or she had a little bit of, I don’t know, I can’t explain it.
“She must have been 70 or 80 years old or something, she was quite old and my heart broke for her because I was completely shocked by what she had just done.
“She was really confused and upset and I tried to comfort her, but she just wanted to leave, close the car door and leave.”
“There was some damage to the car, but we didn’t take her details because we were too nervous and a little in shock. I felt really sorry for her and didn’t want to bother her anymore. So yeah, it was fun.”
