An accountant who allegedly has links to the Comanchero motorcycle gang was abducted by three balaclava-clad men after arriving at his office.

The man had just arrived at work in Silverwater, in Sydney’s west, about 8.40am on Monday when he was suddenly attacked and pulled from his car.

Police allege that one kidnapper was brandishing a gun.

“Officers attached to the State Crime Command’s robbery and serious crime squad attended and launched an investigation into the incident,” a police statement said.

Police tracked down two vehicles allegedly involved in the kidnapping: a BMW and a Hyundai.

One of the vehicles took investigators to a home in South Wentworthville where riot police were dispatched.

The missing accountant was not at home, but a tip at 7.30pm led police to Grantham Park in Sydney’s south-west, where he was found.

He reportedly suffered a broken nose and was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics for facial injuries.

Police say the businessman refused to go to the hospital for the injury and did not cooperate with subsequent investigations.

The consultations continue.
