Adam later had the initials completely obscured by black ink until he headed to the tattoo parlor on Great Portland Street to remove the tattoo completely, as well as a symbol tattoo on his ring finger.
It comes after Adam declared Laura was ‘the one’ in October and revealed his intention to ‘marry and have children’ with the TNT sports presenter.
He explained: ‘I’m protective, whether it’s Laura, my family or my friends.
‘I want to get married. I also want to have children. I’ve always thought, what kind of person will I be? How can I protect my children?
‘Obviously I’ve never had a child, but I don’t think I mention it everywhere (on social media). I want them to have a fair fight and a chance to not be judged right away.
‘As long as my closest circle knows exactly who I am, I don’t care. I think you have to take everything with a pinch of salt.’
Adam added that he’s not worried about the eight-age age difference between him and Laura, saying: “We’re not necessarily your average couple.”
“We’re both doing a lot and I think I’ve always been beyond my years anyway, I think that’s probably exactly what I’ve needed for a long time.”
Adam went on to talk about his ex-girlfriend Zara McDermott and how he had a ‘Z’ tattoo on his hand dedicated to her.
After they broke up, he quickly covered it up, but didn’t rule out getting another tattoo dedicated to his current partner.
Adam also had a symbol removed from his ring finger.

It comes after Adam discussed his future plans with Laura, where he said he wanted to get married and have children.
He said: ‘I left the villa and Zara had ‘AC’ on her finger. I thought I would return the favor, considering I had stayed in the villa for 12 more days.
“I’ve got it covered though, it’s the second time I’ve done it and I’ll probably do it again.”
