90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? castmates Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi are discussing the complicated dynamics of their relationship.
In a pre-Season 8 Tell-All clip obtained by PeopleKobe Blaise criticized the way Deem treated Ilesanmi.
His words seemed to hurt her feelings, so she immediately began defending herself to Tell-All host Shaun Robinson.
“I’m not a crier, but I’m at the point of being broken,” she explained. “I’m here for you, Shaun, first of all. And for the women, because it’s not fair that I always leave, you know what I mean? So I decided to come back and give them the support that I should have given them during these three days. I haven’t given them any support.”
The women of the cast, including Jasmine Pineda, Loren Brovarnik, Thaís Ramone, Liz Woods, Sophie Sierra and Emily Bieberly, proceeded to thank Deem for her support.

Blaise, however, took the opportunity to air his opinion of Deem.
“Angela, you have always disrespected your husband in public, everywhere,” he says. “To the point that not even a fly could respect him.”

Blaise then suggests, “Maybe that triggered (something).”
“Kobe, I’m here to help you. I’m not here to talk,” Deem replies.
Bieberly, who is married to Blaise, sighs as her husband apparently mutters “What the fuck” under his breath.
Deem continues to criticize her husband for not defending her.
“See you’re not defending me? Tell him to shut up. I don’t want to fight with anyone,” Deem said.

Ilesanmi tells Blaise not to worry about him.
Still, Blaise said he wasn’t going to “sit here and act like this isn’t something that’s happening.”
On this season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, Deem’s daughter, Skyla Rae, convinced her to hire a private investigator to look into her now-estranged husband.
Deem, who is 23 years older than Ilesanmi, met her spouse through Facebook in 2017.
They got married three years later, in 2020.
The couple maintained a long-distance relationship until he eventually received a US visa and moved to Georgia last December, but promptly “disappeared” on February 23 with only “the clothes on his back” amid claims he “feared for his life.”
Ilesanmi is now said to be living happily in Texas, but during an episode that aired in July they were still a couple struggling to cohabit.
“Mom keeps hiding from him, hiding from him, and it’s just… it’s disgusting how she just… I mean, you really seem like one of those naive old ladies who gets scammed,” Skyla said in a confessional.
Deem continues to criticize her husband for not defending her.
“The fact that Michael was looking into life insurance policies for Mom is a red flag. And now I’m worried about my mom’s safety. I think the private investigator is going to find out a lot of information about Michael. I think he’s going to find out that he’s been scamming her, lying to her, cheating her, hiding money from her. I think he’s going to find out everything.”
When Skyla brought up the idea that Michael was “trying to kill her,” Deem agreed: “That’s what I thought at first.”
Skyla replied, “He’s not trying to leave you. He’s trying to get you to leave everyone. I can’t wait to expose him.”
The mother and daughter met the private detective at a restaurant and the former nursing assistant told him: “If you prove that he’s really scamming me, he’s going home, one way or another. I’m willing to leave him, give up on him, move on, end it. Really.”
Deem, who is 23 years older than Ilesanmi, met her spouse through Facebook in 2017.
Deem later said in a confessional statement: “I have done everything I promised Michael. I have loved him unconditionally, I have brought him to America, I have taken him back when I shouldn’t have, and now I am willing to sacrifice our marriage to find out the truth.”
During the third part of the Tell-All, which aired last week, the private investigator told Deem that he did not uncover any evidence that he had cheated.
