Reality TV star ‘Big’ Ed Brown has revealed how his only son stopped speaking to him for a year and a half after becoming a household name starring on the hit TLC series 90 Day Fiancé.
In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Ed spoke about his “beautiful” daughter Tiffany and how “people chased her” when he was catapulted to fame in 2020.
When asked how Tiffany, 32, handles him being famous, Ed replied: “She walked away” and went on to confirm that she had nothing to do with him for around 18 months.
‘We didn’t speak for about a year and a half, we had no contact. People were chasing her and she couldn’t stand it and she actually started getting depressed and her mother said, “Ed, she had to back out.”
Ed, who recently shared his regret over how he left his fiancée Liz Woods, continued: ‘And I left her alone. He didn’t want her to be part of the public spectacle.

Tiffany’s mother is Sandra ‘Sandy’ Heckman, who was married to Ed for a short period of time before divorcing in 1992.
Referring to Tiffany’s glamorous looks and her heritage, Ed explained: “Her mother is Portuguese and my mother is Spanish, Mexican, German and Irish, so she has some really good genes.” She is beautiful.’
The father-daughter duo seem to be on better terms these days, and just last month, Tiffany shared a sweet birthday post on Instagram to commemorate Ed’s special day on April 28.
Tiffany, who works at Omalza Fitness Las Vegas, captioned the sweet montage video: ‘Happy birthday dad! Now that it’s officially your birthday. My best wishes for you! I love you!’
However, the brunette didn’t know how old Ed really was and thought he would turn 60 a year early, which Ed described as a “funny story.”
‘Well, my daughter had asked her mother: “How old is dad now?” and she said, “he’s three years older than me,” that was all she told him.
“Then she surprises me, they had a big surprise party and I see “60” on the cake and I’m like, “I’m not 60” and she’s like, “Yes, you are,” and I’m like, “no, I’m not.” !”
“So I turned 59 this year, but I’m actually going to count backwards, so next year I’ll be 58.” Ed revealed before admitting that “age is just a number.”

The 59-year-old revealed his daughter “started to get depressed” when people “came after her.”
“I have a lot of friends that I’m reconnecting with now that I went to high school with and we talk about it like, ‘Look, yeah, we may be 58, 59, but we feel… mentally you’re 30.'”
‘I don’t want to get old. I started dying my hair again and my daughter told me, ‘Don’t dye your hair!'” Ed divulged.
TLC fans will remember that Ed once admitted to putting mayonnaise in his hair during an unforgettable episode of 90 Day Fiancé.
When asked by DailyMail.com if he would ever do that again, Ed replied: “Of course, because I’m going to dye it again,” before admitting that the condiment “stinks” when used as a hair product.
