The 40-year-old stood with her hands on her hips and flaunted her new physique in a gray polka-dot dress as she beamed at the camera.
She revealed that she had lost 65 pounds, calling it “the best decision” even though the process was “mentally tough.”

In the caption, the star wrote: ‘I’m down 65 pounds! It’s been slower this month, but that’s okay. It’s not going to be fast all the time!
He went on to share insight into his decision to have the surgery, explaining that he reached breaking point when he realized that he would not be able to keep up with his young son Gokhan if he learned to walk or crawl.
‘Looking back at this photo of the day I had surgery gives me so many feelings! I can’t believe I allowed myself to get to this point. I knew I had to do something,’ he continued.
‘My body ached, it ached every time I stood up or had to stand working for hours.
‘Before Gokhan could walk or crawl, I was thinking to myself: how can I keep up with my little one? I couldn’t
‘I now have more energy and can finally wear the clothes I bought four years ago. I’m so happy I made the decision to have surgery.’
Campisi concluded: ‘It has not been easy, it has been difficult and mentally tough.
