Former 90 Day Fiancé star Ashley Martson has gone under the knife for a major makeover.
The 38-year-old, who appeared on the hit TLC series with ex-husband Jay Smith, now 26, underwent breast implant reduction and liposuction on her arms by Texas-based surgeon Dr. Robert Najera , better known as ‘Dr. Dallas’ on social media.
Speaking to DailyMail.com about the procedures, the mother-of-two said she felt better than ever after her final touch-ups and touch-ups.
“I had implants from 10 years ago that needed replacing and they were a little bigger than I wanted when I got them, so I used them a little smaller this time,” she explained.
“I have a very small waist and a huge chest, so I couldn’t find clothes that fit me,” she continued.

The 38-year-old woman had her breast implants redone to a smaller size after she was unhappy with the original size of her breast.
The mother of two also had liposuction on her arms to slim them down.
“And I have a hair salon and I also work behind a chair, so overall I didn’t want them as big as they were originally.”
The blonde beauty said the recovery process had been “excellent” so far and she was back on her feet shopping two days after the surgery.
“I barely had any pain and (Dr. Nájera) did a great job, he really did,” he added.
As for additional procedures, Ashley said she was “done for now,” but didn’t rule out anything in the future.
“I’m sure I’ll probably come back for something,” she laughed.
One thing Ashley is sure of is that she will never return to the 90 Day Fiancé franchise again.
Even though her tumultuous relationship with Jamaican tattoo artist Jay Smith became a huge storyline on 90 Day Fiance and the spin-off Happily Ever After?, Ashley has ruled out returning to the TLC network.

The former reality star is seen lying on the operating table while receiving liposuction.
‘I didn’t love reality shows. “I’m a pretty sensitive person and social media… I wish they had educated us a lot more about how to deal with the public and stuff like that before the show came out,” she said.
“So it really left a bad taste in my mouth, and TLC left a bad taste in my mouth, so if I did reality TV again it definitely wouldn’t be for that network.”
Ashley also said that “a lot of edits” were made to the show to misrepresent the stories, which sparked negative reactions from viewers.
She also confirmed that she no longer has “contact” with her ex-husband Jay.
“To be honest with you, I don’t even know if he’s alive,” she said.
“His tattoo shop was in my name, so last August the lease ended, so that was my only connection to him, so I haven’t spoken to him since.”

After bringing him back to her hometown in Pennsylvania and getting married, Ashley discovered that Jay had a secret Tinder account.
During the course of the series, he was also accused of having sexual relations with someone at a tattoo parlor.
They separated several times before finalizing their divorce permanently in 2021.
“Before the stories get misinterpreted, I’ll address it myself,” Ashley announced at the time.
‘Jay and I have made the decision to separate forever. I thought I was stronger and more forgiving but I’m not.
‘Sometimes when trust is broken, it simply cannot be repaired. “I wish Jay the best and we are both on the same page with this.”
