The seven New York teenagers caught on video reporting the defeat of a defenseless 16-year-old boy who was stabbed to death, are charged with crimes for their role in the horrific murder on September 16 that went viral on social media.

Police say Tyler Flach, 18, from Lido Beach, New York, is the man who threw a knife into the heart of 16-year-old Khaseen Morris several times outside of a Long Island mall two weeks ago before seven co-conspirators the unarmed and surpassed teenager while an estimated 50 bystanders watched and did nothing but broadcast the deadly encounter on Snapchat.

The alleged accomplices of Flach – Haakim Mechan, 19, Marquis Stephens, Jr. and Javonte Neals, both 18, Taj Woodruff and Sean Merritt, both 17 – were arrested last week and charged with second-rate gang attack.

Two additional 16-year-olds who also received charges for a crime attack were not identified because they are minors.

None of the seven accomplices are gang members, the police said. Their attack on gangs relates to the group allegedly committing a violent act together.

All seven suspects of gang attacks were sued Saturday in Hempstead, New York's first district court. The Morris family attended the court hearing before they went to a local funeral home to say goodbye the same day.

Allegedly hundreds of mourners were accompanied who remembered the 16-year-old as an energetic young man full of life with a bright future ahead of him.
