Mrs. Hartley, from The Gold Coast, was found Sunday afternoon at the brothel & # 39; Desires & # 39; at Unanderra in New South Wales
The police found her after receiving a tip that she worked and lived on site, according to the publication.
She was then arrested by officers on an outstanding order issued by the Downing Center Local Court.
Police say she did not appear in court to respond to allegations that she had stolen a safe with money and antique jewelry from a house in Sydney at the end of last year.
She and two other women were said to have befriended the two victims before they had access to their home.
They are then accused of stealing clothes and a $ 7,800 safe with a diamond necklace and earrings.
The victims discovered the alleged theft and reported the police a few days later.
Officers then located Hartley at Newcastle brothel & # 39; Discrete & # 39; on December 15, the police say.
She received bail but did not show up for her trial.
Stefan Sparkle, a good friend of Mrs. Hartley, told Daily Mail Australia earlier that she was a social media addict who rarely went a day without posting.
She was subsequently arrested by officers for an outstanding warrant
& # 39; Kimberley is confident, outgoing, friendly and really caring, and she is addicted to social media, & # 39; he said.
& # 39; She would go without food before going without her phone or internet, so it is really out of character for her to remain silent. & # 39;
Sparkle said he tried to contact everyone at the wedding last week to find her. & # 39;
& # 39; I have spoken to almost everyone at the wedding right now, but I still have no idea where she is. & # 39;
& # 39; One person said Kimberley had mentioned a friend she had in Sydney, so she boarded the plane, & # 39; he said.
& # 39; They said he often called her all night and said she would get nervous and leave the room to take his calls.
& # 39; I don't know a boyfriend and I asked others if they knew a boyfriend and they said she didn't have one, so I can't verify anything. & # 39;
Hartley appeared at the local court in Wollongong on Monday and received conditional bail – including that with & # 39; Desires & # 39; and reported to the police three times a week.
She will appear in court again on September 23.
