The friend Anthony Morello of the Chelsea FC fan wrote on social media: & # 39; Our friend was innocently in the wrong place at the wrong time.

& # 39; One of the nicest and most cheerful guys I have met … You will be missed by many and will be remembered forever as someone with a big beautiful heart. & # 39;
Another friend, Pasha Okanlar, accused himself that Mr. Arow was shot because he did not go out with him that night, as he often was.
& # 39; My heart is broken, brother, you were something different, like you were a real brother, a real brother, always kept it real and saved it for one hundred percent & he said.

Assistant commissioner Walsh asked everyone with information to contact the police, especially those known to the shooters.
& # 39; If you have a firearm over you, you tend to use them. That's why I advocate family and friends of those involved to provide us with information to help your loved one escalate this, & she said.
