A few tech gurus have branded Britain's best bosses after bringing their staff on a month-long vacation to Thailand, India, and Mexico.
Mike Bandar, 29, and James Vardy, 31, also have all nine of their employees take as much paid leave as they want and work from any location.
So instead of being chained to their desks, Turn Partners employees spent workdays swimming with sea turtles in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, staying in five-star hotels in Mumbai, and jet skiing on Thai beaches.
Their company, with offices in London and Birmingham, is a digital & # 39; startup studio & # 39; who makes more than £ 1 million a year and helps create and invest in apps and websites.
Products they have developed are Hopper HQ, a tool that celebrities can use to plan their Instagram posts, and Toyboy Warehouse, a dating site geared to younger men with older women.

Mr. Bandar said: & James and I had always dreamed of running a close-knit business where the staff are flexible and can enjoy life to the full.
& # 39; Having an incredibly happy team always leads to creating great business. That's why we want to treat our team from time to time for a one-month vacation so that we can all escape the cold British weather and not go on for too long without a bit of sunshine.
& # 39; Turn Partners covers the costs and although we generally leave for the month, staff can come and go as long as they want.
& # 39; Partners, friends and brothers and sisters often participate in certain parts of the trips, which is always fun.
& # 39; One of our employees even introduced his fiancé in Thailand and the whole team then organized a surprise party for them on the beach. & # 39;
He added: & # 39; We have been to so many wonderful countries together and have undoubtedly grown closer as a company. Buenos Ares, Argentina is the leader for our next group trip.
& # 39; Although our team trips are a real highlight, they are also just the tip of the iceberg.

In February of this year, the couple flew all nine of their employees for a five-year, one-month vacation to Goa and Mumbai, India.
In February last year, the bosses treated their entire team to a 28-day vacation where they worked in the beautiful surroundings of Bangkok, Chang Mai, Krabi and Phi Phi in Thailand.
Meanwhile, in February 2016, Turn Partners went to Playa del Carmen and Tulum in Mexico for another month – where they spent their workdays on a beach.
Over the years, employees have also worked remotely in Denmark, South Africa and the US.
Luke Lanchaster, a senior developer at Turn Partners, said: “I solved a problem at work that handed me out for months while I was sitting on a lounger, listening to the rolling waves and generally having a great time on vacation .

& # 39; There are so many jobs nowadays where employees sit in a closet, log in and clock all day, while your output is assessed by KPI & # 39; s.
& # 39; Working at Turn Partners is amazing because they realized that keeping employees happy, motivated and enthusiastic pays dividends & # 39 ;.
Mr. Bandar added that the unlimited vacation policy they introduced did not lead to abuse and that it kept morale high and that people were sitting in their seats.
He said: “It is actually the exact opposite, we have introduced unlimited vacation based on the belief that people who are well-rested, happy, have time and flexibility, give more satisfaction, are more satisfied and more productive with better work.

& # 39; But we found that people who took less vacation because of this unlimited paid leave.
& # 39; Other employees with a limited annual vacation allowance will usually calculate how much vacation they have left and make sure they take everything.
& # 39; But as with most things, if you don't have scarcity, you don't use it that much.
& # 39; So now we really ensure that everyone in Team Turn lasts at least the minimum vacation allowance of 28 days.
& # 39; No one in the company has used the unlimited leave for paid leave out of respect for each other and the company. People treat it with responsibility and appreciation. & # 39;
