In a heartbreaking 911 call obtained by a local station XIX, Kingsley’s father described the devastating discovery. “I just woke up and my daughter is dead,” he said. “There is blood everywhere, I don’t know what happened. “I don’t understand what happened.” The father told officers his dogs were “in a cage” and not loose when he woke up to find his daughter lifeless.
Cincinnati police officers who responded to the scene were advised to turn off their body cameras due to the gruesome nature of Kingsley’s injuries.
