A search is underway for a transgender woman who police say murdered a man and woman at a Utah residence.
Washington City Police are searching for 28-year-old Collin Troy Bailey, also named Mia Bailey, who is currently in transition.
Police said they were called after reports of shots fired at the home, and upon entering found the two adults deceased, confirming that they died from gunshot wounds.
The identities of the victims have not been revealed.
The home where the victims were found shot to death is listed as Bailey’s address, according to public records.
Also living there are Gail Bailey, 69, and her husband Joseph, 70, who appear to be Bailey’s parents, although police have not yet confirmed they were the victims.

Police described Bailey as 5′ 10″ tall, 130 pounds and with brown hair, but she is known to wear wigs and change her hairstyle frequently.
Bailey is the only suspect sought by officers and is considered armed and dangerous.
She was seen fleeing the scene in a yellow 2014 Kia Sol, with her current whereabouts unknown.
Police described Bailey as 5′ 10″ tall, 130 pounds and with brown hair, but she is known to wear wigs and change her hairstyle frequently.
Gephardt Diary reported that in the early hours of Wednesday morning, police transmissions indicated that officers had located the general area of Bailey.
The outlet said they believed the suspect was on foot and that officers were trying to contain the area while waiting for a SWAT team.
City Police Lt. Kory Klotz said St. George News: ‘(Officers) found two deceased victims, both adults, a woman and a man.
‘When they cleared the rest of the residence, they found evidence of a homicide. His whereabouts are unknown.

Klotz has asked that anyone who sees Bailey or his car, seen here, not approach for fear he may have a small caliber handgun.
‘(His) last known location was at Washington Dam Road and Washington Fields Road. She is considered armed and dangerous.

He added: “We cannot stress enough that we want to keep the public safe and ensure they do not approach her or contact us at this time.”
In its initial press release, the Washington City Police Department expressed its condolences and thanked other agencies that were helping.
