27-year-old twin sisters coincidentally give birth within one hour of each other on the same day
27-year-old twin sisters happened to give birth within minutes of each other on the same day – despite being almost a month apart.
Identical twins Amanda Caston and Julia Baldree, of Farragut, Tennessee, were “inseparable” all their lives.
When the sisters got pregnant around the same time last year, they were thrilled that their children would be about the same age, but they never expected to welcome their babies on the same day.
Amanda gave birth to her son Miles on March 28, while Julia welcomed twins named Josiah and Carter, despite Amanda’s due April 2 and Julia 20 days later, April 22.
According to People magazine, Amanda was induced on the 27th, but didn’t give birth to her son until the next day — at almost the exact same time that Julia gave birth by cesarean section.

WBIR reported that the odds of twins having children on the same day while one of them is welcoming another twin is about four in 100,000.
